Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce, homemade or high-quality store-bought
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced mushrooms, spinach, diced tomatoes
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
