  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chopped chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden and no longer pink in the middle. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
