BBQ Chicken Flatbread Recipe

- 1 pre-made flatbread or naan bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce of your choice, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with a thin layer of olive oil.
