Classic Key Lime Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well blended. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake the crust for 7 minutes then remove from the oven to cool.
- In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, key lime juice, and key lime zest. Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of the pie. Do not allow to brown.
