Classic Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 250 grams of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 cup of sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions
Instructions:
- Season the sliced beef with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with flour to coat. Shake off any excess flour.
